We currently ship to Canada and the United States only

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use cost-effective local and cross-border carriers, such as Canada Post, USPS, or equivalent, depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 2–8 business days
• United States: 4–10 business days

Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders. For U.S. customers, due to the new tariff regulations effective August 29, 2025 (See details), shipping fees shown at checkout already include any required duties and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

• As of August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended the $800 de minimis exemption. All imports are now subject to duty.
• Women’s footwear duty rates typically range from 20% to 35%, depending on classification and material.
• All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you pay at checkout is final and all-inclusive — covering shipping, duties, and customs clearance. Customers will not need to handle U.S. Customs paperwork.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
