Size & Fit Guide

All of our heels are based on the North American Size 4 standard, with small, style-specific adjustments. Each design is wear-tested for at least 3 days before launch, and we publish the exact fit notes in the last image of every product gallery.

How to Read Our Fit Notes

  • Standard Fit
This is the foot length range where the shoe fits comfortably without any inserts.
  • With Our Free Inserts
Every pair includes a half-size forefoot insole and heel grip. If your foot length is slightly outside the Standard Fit, these inserts allow you to adjust the fit for comfort and stability.
  • Ball Width
Each shoe’s ball width (forefoot width) tolerance is listed in the last product image. This helps you know whether the style best suits slim, average, or wider feet.

Why Measuring Matters

Measuring both your foot length and ball width before purchasing will reduce the risk of returns and help you choose the best-fitting style.

How to measure foot length

  1. Place a sheet of paper flat on the floor.
  2. Stand naturally on the paper and mark the front of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
  3. Measure the distance between the two marks.
  4. Measure both feet at the end of the day and use the longer result.

How to measure ball width

  1. While standing, locate the two bony points at the base of your big toe and little toe.
  2. Mark them on the paper and measure the straight line distance.
  3. Compare with the ball width noted in the last image of the product you are considering.

What’s Included With Every Pair

  • Half-size forefoot insole – reduces effective length slightly and improves hold.
  • Heel grip – prevents heel slip and adds security.

Together, these inserts help extend the comfortable fit zone beyond the Standard Fit.

Quick Tips

  • Always check the last image in the product gallery for that style’s exact fit data.
  • Foot length within Standard Fit → usually no inserts needed.
  • Foot length within With Inserts → use the included insole and/or heel grip.
  • Ball width is as important as length—measure both for the best fit.
