Return & Exchange Policy
At Size4ShoeShop, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return & Exchange Period
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, based on the courier’s official “Delivered” date.
- Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return cost.
- Return shipping: Once approved under Section 3, we can email a prepaid return label. The applicable return postage is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund (or charged separately if no refund is due).
- Exchanges: Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer (one-time exchange shipping).
- Return postage for exchanges is paid by the customer. We can provide a prepaid return label; the label fee is paid via a secure payment link before we issue the label.
3. Condition of R&E Items
- Shoes must be in resellable condition: unworn outdoors, free from dirt, stains, discoloration, or abnormal odors.
- Light indoor trial wear (minor sole marks) is acceptable.
- Shoes with visible scratches, heavy scuffs, or wear will not be accepted.
- We recommend trying shoes on a clean, smooth indoor surface.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or sample sale items
- Products marked as “No Return & Exchange”
- Items not meeting the condition standards outlined in Section 3
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color, provided the item meets the return condition requirements.
- If the requested size or color is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
- We cover the outbound shipping for the first exchange only; any further exchanges will either be processed as returns or proceed as buyer-paid exchanges (buyer pays the return label and the outbound shipping).
6. Refunds
- Return shipping charges: Once a return is approved under Section 3, we issue a prepaid return label and deduct the applicable return postage from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing time: within 5 business days after we received the return item and confirmed the item meets the return conditions.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved
- For U.S. customers, please note that the checkout price already includes prepaid duties. In the case of refunds, duties are non-refundable — refunds will apply to the product price, but excluding duties.
7. Return Request Process
- Customers must complete the Return & Exchange Form to request a return or exchange.
- Clear product photos must be provided to verify eligibility under Section 2 or Section 3.
- Our team will contact you via email with the next steps.
8. International Orders (Canada & USA)
- The same return & exchange policy applies to both Canadian and U.S. orders.
- Customs Duties/Taxes:
- For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
- For defective or incorrect items, the seller will cover any related customs fees.
